Refund Policy. All sales are final. In the case the card is received and has no balance due to a mistake that occurs in the activation process, the customer is entitled to a full refund or a reissue of the cards of the same value. In any other situation where the gas station does not accept gift cards, a refund will NOT be issued. The customer has 14days from the time of receiving the card to file any disputes or bring about any issues. All issues concerning gas stations refusing to accept the card must be directed to the station or oil company themselves.
